STATEMENT OF WORK
STATEMENT OF WORK - ONBOARDING
This Statement of Work (“SOW”) is governed under the Master Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) between BoomTech, Inc., a Florida corporation with offices located at 23123 State Road 7, Suite 260, Boca Raton, Florida 33428 (“us”, “our”, “we” or “BoomTech”), and you, the entity who signs this document in the signature block below, electronically or otherwise (“you”, “your” or “Client”). This Agreement is effective as of the latest date of the signatures of the parties below (“Effective Date”).
The services described below (collectively, “Services”) will be provided to you under this SOW. Services that are not specifically described in this SOW will be out of scope and will not be provided to you unless otherwise agreed to by us in writing.
Onboarding Services. Onboarding services are intended to audit the managed information technology environment (the “Environment”) for ongoing managed services. Our onboarding services are comprised of, if applicable:
- Initial audit to determine Environment readiness and functional capability
- Audit of current vendor service / warranty agreements for Environment hardware and software
- Switch Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) for Microsoft365 / Azure Services to BoomTech
- Deploy Monitoring Agents to Covered Devices
- Deploy Endpoint Antivirus Security Solution to Covered Devices
- Deploy Endpoint Detect Response (EDR) Solution
- Deploy DNS Filtering (Anywhere Firewall and Content Filtering)
- Deploy BoomPhishing Protection (Email)
- Deploy Password Manager Application and Train Users
- Deploy MDR/SOC agent to endpoints, and
- Deploy Remote Access Software to Covered Devices
- Deploy Best Practice Group Security Policy
- Deploy new backup solutions or start monitoring existing backup
- Deploy new Firewall solutions or start monitoring existing Firewall
- Deploy and configure Custom Client Portal (CloudRadial)
- Document entire environment
- Provide initial End User Cyber Security Awareness Training-Phishing e-mail baseline assessment
- Enroll All End Users in on demand Cyber Security Awareness Training Class
- Configure Security Assessment
- Configure Darkweb Monitoring
- Configure Information Security (InfoSec) Policy
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) Policy
- Configure M365 and Network Device SOC monitoring
- Perform Onboarding meeting / introduction to support process and provide portal access
If deficiencies are discovered during the onboarding services, such as outdated equipment or unlicensed software, we will bring those issues to your attention and discuss the impact of the deficiencies on our provision of the Services and provide you with options to correct the deficiencies.
Our diagnostic or auditing services may require us to install a small amount of code (“Diagnostic Code”) on one or more of the devices attached to the Environment. The Diagnostic Code is deleted in its entirety after the testing process concludes. Although our diagnostic tools may have access to—and report on the existence of—personal information and/or personal data in the Environment, we do not review or copy such information at any time during the testing process. None of your files will be erased, modified, opened, reviewed
or copied at any time during the testing process. The Diagnostic Code will not install or create any disabling device, or any backdoor or hidden entryway into the Environment, and the results of the diagnostic testing will be kept confidential by BoomTech. We do not
warrant or represent that the testing process will result in any particular outcome, or that any particular issue, hardware or software configuration will be correctly detected or identified.

The first sixty (60) days after we begin providing the Services to you (the “Tryout Period”), you will have the unconditional right to terminate this Agreement immediately, for any reason, by providing us with written notice of termination, which we must receive before the expiration of the Tryout Period. If you terminate during the Tryout Period, you will not be responsible for any payments under this SOW, and all amounts paid by you, up to the date of termination, will be returned to you.
Results. The results of the Services will be compared to our understanding of your information technology infrastructure. If the results demonstrate that additional changes need to be made to your managed environment, we will discuss those changes with you and, if necessary, provide you with an additional SOW to accommodate those changes.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The services described below (collectively, “Services”) will be provided to you under this SOW. Services that are not specifically described in this SOW will be out of scope and will not be provided to you unless otherwise agreed to by us in writing.
Ongoing / Recurring Services. Upon the completion of onboarding transition services (if any), the services listed below will be provided to you on an ongoing basis during the term of this SOW.

Network Infrastructure Support
- Firewall, switches, Wi-Fi access points regular ongoing support Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
*Subject to reasonable restriction on our Technicians time
**Emergency support is considered 50% or more of the workforce is unable to work
Automated Remote Management and Monitoring Services
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Network Monitoring
- Server Monitoring
- Monitor next generation end point security
- Computer Monitoring
- Firewall Monitoring
- Backup Monitoring
- Monthly Executive Summary Report with Overall Score
All monitoring alerts generate a service ticket that will be handled by our Technician’s according to BoomTech’s SLA.
