Philipp founded BoomTech after moving to the United States from Switzerland at the age of 24. His clients say he operates his business like a “Swiss Clock!” because he has a very detail-oriented process that allows him to come up with a technology solution to his client’s problems no matter what it takes.
“I am passionate about solving problems for our clients – and then seeing those solutions implemented to make their businesses run better. I feel like we are part of our clients’ companies, and that’s a great feeling knowing that we are here for them and they trust us with all their IT needs.”
Philipp is a family man with 2 daughters and a son, and can be found enjoying time with the kids at the pool or zoo many weekends. When time allows, he likes to play beach volleyball, go wakeboarding, and play ping pong and basketball.

Nicki, originally from the Midwest, has dedicated over seven years to her role as an Office Manager and Accountant. Her analytical and problem-solving skills bring her great joy as she supports the team. With five years of experience in the accounting department, Nicki is passionate about helping clients achieve success and takes pride in her responsibilities.

Nicki is very family oriented with a daughter and two sons, and can be found watching her sports, at the beach, or spending quality time with her children.
Carlos Quinones
Service Manager
Originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands, Carlos developed an early passion for technology after receiving his first copy of Visual Basic at just 12 years old. That spark quickly evolved into a lifelong commitment to computer science and helping others leverage technology to achieve their goals.
As a Service Manager, Carlos is driven by delivering impactful solutions that align technology with business outcomes. He takes pride in supporting clients through both strategic guidance and hands-on problem solving, ensuring technology becomes an enabler, not a barrier to success.
Carlos is a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard, bringing discipline, accountability, and a strong work ethic to everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and can often be found in Fort Lauderdale, especially anywhere that combines his two passions: water and technology.
